Many of them began to call out the trolls and said it was no less than cyberbullying to badmouth her on social media. Some other viewers felt differently. They made a note of how Darcey and Stacey frequently got work done on themselves.

The twins had admitted to changing almost everything about themselves. Be it their facial features or physique. Hence, some fans believed that Aniko being exposed to her mother and her aunt’s constant need to change themselves may have triggered her body dysmorphia. Well, there is no sure-shot way of telling or concluding this.

In any case, everyone was happy that Aniko decided to take the brave step and come clean about her struggles and decide to deal with them as well.

She and her sister Aspen care a lot about their mother and often grace the show with their presence. They are merely teenagers and receive a lot of love from the audience for their calm demeanor and wholesome personalities.

Unfortunately, all that glitters is not gold. That’s because Aniko recently took to her social media to reveal something devastating. She admitted having a “damaging” experience to her mental health. It happened when she looked at people on Reddit, questioning her character and judgment. Hence, she wanted to look after her health and wanted to take a break from social media.

The side cast member from 90 Day Fiance’s Darcey & Stacey had decided early on to prioritize her mental health this year. So, she wanted to focus on herself and deal with her “depression,” “anxiety,” as well as “body dysmorphia.” She also admitted to still being a full-time student at the University of Arizona and had taken a momentary break for personal reasons.

Aniko also admitted that she didn’t have plans to leave college to be “an influencer.” Moreover, she even admitted to only getting “lip fillers,” which she had been very honest about, and no other cosmetic surgeries. The star kid thanked everyone for their time and bid them goodbye as she was taking a break from social media.
