1000-Lb Sisters: How Did Amy Slaton Get Arrested?
Amy’s arrest happened during a trip with her man, Brian Lovvorn, and her two kids in September. They were supposed to have fun at a safari park. But the 1000-Lb Sisters star got bit by a camel that she was feeding from her car. As a result, the employees decided to call 911. However, the authorities quickly noticed something odd upon arriving on the scene. They detected a foul odor coming from Amy’s vehicle and eventually found marijuana and magic mushrooms. The couple was taken into custody at the Crockett County Jail and was released through a $10,000 bond each.

1000-Lb Sisters: Fans React To Amy Slaton’s Plea
Some Redditors shared their thoughts on Amy Slaton’s plea deal. According to some, the 1000-Lb Sisters star was lucky enough that her ex-husband didn’t fight for the custody of their kids, which he could’ve easily won. Meanwhile, some are still puzzled about how Amy is still struggling to find a better partner. She’s currently in a relationship with Kevin, who seemingly teaches her bad habits. One of them was when Tammy claimed her sister arrived at the set under the influence of alcohol, and she blamed her boyfriend for it.
- “I don’t understand her at all. She was a lot more stable when she was with Michael. Yes, I said what I said. “
- “Amy better be careful and I sincerely hope she does the parenting classes. Hope her attorney advised her on not repeating this mistake again. Michael would have a very good case to have her visitation reduced and/or monitored.”
- “Would she been better off staying with Michael? Did the fame get her here or depression/postpartum? Last episode she was ready to look for love, found jail. I hope she gets right and decides she is good enough for herself and her kids.”
