Baylen is a Tourette syndrome awareness TikToker who debuted with TLC’s Baylen Out Loud in January 2025. The new series shows how she manages her severe tics on a daily basis. She has her parents, siblings, and boyfriend beside her as she navigates all the obstacles of Tourette. She is trying to gain more independence, but her family is worried about her symptoms.

Before they did that, the pair used to stay with their parents. It’s indeed a big step for both of them since they are engaged and want to start their own life.

For Baylen, her own house marks the first time she has shifted from her family home to another that she owns. However, her neurological disorder, Tourettes Syndrome, does make it problematic for her to live a normal life. She faces involuntary movements and sounds called tics days before her 18th birthday. Therefore, she is working hard to remove the stigmas around her condition by showing her regular struggles.

Recently, TLC personality Baylen Dupree took the next step in her relationship with Colin by deciding to discover their house base. While they initially enlisted her parents for the hunt, her mom seemed concerned about her daughter’s safety. However, Baylen objected to the restrictions and excluded her parents from the next search.

In an exclusive video by the Realtor, Baylen and Colin were seen touring a beautiful property. As the two went out alone, they felt very comfortable and accomplished. “Now that we’re starting to look at apartments without my parents, it’s really starting to kick in and feel real,” she said. They met their real estate agent, Niki, at the apartment.

Niki took the couple to their possible house, which is 1,289 square meters and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the seventh floor. When the pair entered the house through the front door, they looked speechless. They were happy to see the insane amount of space. Baylen and Colin quickly headed to the kitchen to find an electric stove, which the former asked the realtor for when she mentioned her preferences.

Colin co-signed with her Baylen as she quizzed her soon-to-be husband for his opinion on the electric stove. He believed it would be safer for her and others when they were home. However, the balcony made Baylen highly petrified because she had problems with heights.
