CBS Unveils Extended Trailer for ‘Beyond The Gates’ Filled with Soapy Themes of Love, Power, Betrayal, and Secrets

One month from now, the first new daytime drama in over 25 years will premiere on network television with the debut of the groundbreaking, Beyond the Gates.
The series, which features a predominantly Black cast and tells the story of the wealthy Dupree family living in a gated community in the Maryland/D.C. area, is already making a major splash even before its bows on Monday, February 24th (2pm ET/1PM PT) on CBS and streams on Paramount+.
The ensemble cast features: Tamara Tunie, Clifton Davis, Daphnee Duplaix, and Karla Mosley, and as you will see in the brand-new extended promo for the series from CBS, it features new clips and never-before-seen moments within the upcoming episodes, which has all the soapy elements of romance, scandal, power, love, betrayal and more that you could ask for.

Beyond the Gates is from veteran soap writer Michele Val Jean, who is the creator, executive producer and showrunner of the new soap, alongside executive producer, Sheila Ducksworth from CBS Studios/NAACP venture, who helped spearhead Beyond the Gates into becoming a reality. Additional executive producers include soap veterans Robert Guza Jr. and Julie Carruthers, plus, Leon W. Russell, Derrick Johnson, Kimberly Doebereiner and Anna Saalfeld.
