The situation worsened when Colt got into a horrible trampoline accident while filming for the first season of 90 Day: The Last Resort. Vanessa had to neglect her own needs to take care of Colt during his year-long rehabilitation and post-surgery recovery.

Vanessa recently posted an Instagram story explaining the real reason she ended things with Colt. The story included a screenshot from an article exposing Colt Johnson as a cheater. Fans of the show had caught him multiple times on the dating app Tinder while he was still married to Vanessa, which ultimately led to their split. Colt has a history of being a serial cheater, having cheated on both women he dated before Vanessa. Fans are now glad that Vanessa is no longer with him and is focusing on herself.
